Why I need your help. I have an artist's sensibility and yet I am currently in a corporate gig.

I am

  • Paycheck to paycheck after the divorce (2019)

  • Mortgage (got rural loan with zero down - 2020)

  • Student loans (until 2036)

  • Loan for AC unit (2022)

  • Personal loan (consolidated credit card - 2024)

  • and currently need a new roof (2025)
